By placing and order on our website you are guaranteeing that your product is cut to your specifications and that it has not been inventoried in warehouses around the US, losing vase-life prior to reaching you. Our system allow us to receive your order, send the information to the farms and team, cut them, assemble them and ship them within 3-5 days from the moment you placed It. Keep In mind that traditional wholesale models ship to Miami and truck to local warehouses near your shop prior to being delivered to you. All that transportation and storage, as you can imagine, can stress the flowers, dehydrate them and can lead to shorter lifespan.

2) Browse our different products, from Bulk to vase arrangements or even Pre-made ready-to-sell bouquets.

3) Choose your desired:
      - Product and quantity
      - Delivery date
      - Delivery address
      - Payment method

                  (either credit card or through your allowed credit)

4) Sit back, relax and receive your order direct to your doorstep!

We always stand behind our product and although we have great quality assurance processes in place, we understand things might happen along the way. Remember we are dealing with perishable products and sometimes issues might arise which may have been out of our control. In order to support any claim, credit or replacement we do ask you follow the below procedure:

• Only quality claims or wrong product claims accepted.
• Credit request must be submitted in writing WITHIN 24 HRS of product being delivered by carrier. (no exceptions)

         A. Shop Name and bloomnet code
         B. Contact person name, e-mail, and telephone
         C. Quality issue or wrong product description
         D. Number of bunches (or stems) affected or being claimed
         E. Pictures of all the following:
            ° Box and box label with visible tracking number
            ° Damaged product overview
            ° Detail of damage or quality issue

• Once received, an e-mail confirmation of receipt as well as action taken, and value of the claim will be returned
